Zoology Roundup

I haven't really posted much on the subject of Zoology so I thought I could remedy that with a round-up post. Initial elementary work will overlap with work done in the Casa, but as the child is entering the second plane of development they are moving from the sensorial to the intellectual, capturing their imagination and sense of awe - building and expanding upon the child's experiences.

Initial Activities

Natural World Chart and Introductory Animal Research (aka question and answer game) from Montessori for Everyone. The question and answer game is usually used in conjunction with the animal pictures from the animal story cards.
